Mikhaël Akasha, born Maurice Van De Ven and formerly known as Mikhaël Van De Ven, is a Transformational Leader, Quantum Energy Healer, and Innovator dedicated to bridging ancient wisdom and modern consciousness. His work integrates deep energetic healing with cutting-edge approaches to leadership, purpose-driven business innovation, and human potential development.

As founder of CINMAYA, a holistic platform for Quantum Energy Healing and Conscious Evolution, Mikhaël guides individuals, teams, and organizations through profound journeys of alignment and transformation. He also serves as a lecturer and innovation lead at Maastricht University’s School of Business & Economics (UMIO/Innovate), where he designs executive programs on sustainable future-proof business models, conscious leadership, and design thinking.

Alongside his work in Europe, Mikhaël is a Mentor at the Innovation and Incubation Centre (IIC) of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (India), where he supports students and changemakers in aligning purpose, creativity, and service.
